The Desert of Doom (formerly called the Serpentine Valley) is a region in the Sahara Desert, after it was merged with planet Earth. There is an ancient pyramid, an oasis, and scarab beetles in the region.

History
Early history
According to a legend, local tribes in the region of the Sahara worshipped a one thousand year old giant beetle, Beohernie, who still lives there. Disappointed with it's followers, it destroyed the village. During the Olympics, Wu and Garmadon locked the Pyro Vipers in the Ancient Pyramid.
